This week has been full of study and assignments, and at stressful times like these its far too easy to reach for the junk food and sugar to keep me going! I've been making quite an effort this week to eat super healthy food, its definitely worth the extra time taken out from my study schedule to cook yummy healthy food, my brain is thanking me for it! Roast vegetable, feta and spinach couscous salad, Banana and kiwifruit smoothie, Aubergine pomadoro...and every afternoon I've been trying to sit down to a pot of herbal tea over the latest Frankie magazine. It's simple stuff like this that keeps me from going insane while my heads buried in books and computer screens!
