Sweet pea's and Scalloped Hems

During a sunny day this week, I finally got a chance to show Andrew around Mona Vale which I discovered while my brother came to stay. We wandered around beneath the trees to shade us from the heat, and low and behold, as you will see in the last photo, I think I found a door to wonderland! Clearly, I was excited, but unfortunately I didn't fall down a rabbit hole, So I will have to try again another time.

I decided to really brighten things up since it was such a glorious day, so I went for a colour pallet mainly consisting of bright pink! I even tried out a hot pink lipstick, which isn't my usual choice of makeup, but it was fun to match with my pink sweet pea skit and sparkly bow. I'm so not used to wearing lipstick! I usually just leave my lips bare...I find it so difficult to eat and drink with the stuff on! haha. But I love how some girls just look so beautiful in it!, So I will have to pull out my many lipsticks shades from my makeup drawers and experiment!
